2026 Annual Meeting Lodging & Meals


Antiochian Village Conference Center offers all-inclusive lodging, dining, and conference spaces on site so EBBA 2026 attendees can enjoy camaraderie with fellow banders between conference activities and meals.

The hotel-style rooms are clean and affordable and the dining hall has good food and can accommodate dietary restrictions. Lodging on site is preferred – conference fees will be lower if more participants choose to stay at Antiochian!

Includes Friday and Saturday nights, plus all meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast):

Double Room Occupancy + All Meals - $240

Lodging for those not opting for the bundle or who plan to arrive Thursday evening:

*Vegan/vegetarian, lactose free, diabetic, low sodium/fat and other dietary needs or restrictions can be accommodated. Gluten free options available for an additional $8 per day/person

The Eastern Bird Banding Association was established in 1923 and brings together banders across 17 eastern United States and 6 Canadian Provinces to share information, advice, and research.
