We are so excited that you're here. Below are the tickets prices from our 2025 meeting, and the cost of tickets may change in 2026.

Once registration options are open, click "Register" to begin the process of selecting your ticket choice. From there, you will also be able to choose which meals you might join us for.

Please note that we will not be able to refund any cancellations after 3/13/2026. 

If a partner or friend would like to join you for one or all of the meals, but is not participating in the rest of the meeting, there are two options for them to be included without paying the registration fee. 

1. When you are registering yourself and selecting your meals, simply select meals for your guest as well. The total for both of you will be added to your ticket purchase,

2. We have also included a Meals Only Registration option, in case is preferable for your partner or friend to purchase their meal(s) separately.

Base fee:
  • Regular registration includes anyone registering after the January 5th Early Bird deadline.
  • This discounted rate is available to members who register before January 5th.
  • This ticket option is available for those who wish to join their partner or friend(s) for one or more meal, but are unable or do not plan to participate in the rest of the Annual Meeting. Only meal fees will be charged.
  • This ticket level is reserved for our presenters and keynote speakers.
  • This ticket option is reserved for Students who are not employed in a professional capacity.


The 103rd Annual Meeting of the Eastern Bird Banding Association, March 20th to March 22nd in Ligonier, PA.

Three days of networking, learning, field trips, and spending time with fellow banders in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of PA.
