Welcome to the Annual Meeting Registration Page!

We are so excited that you're here. 

Click "Register" to begin the process of selecting your ticket choice. From there, you will also be able to choose your lodging and meal options.

Please note that we will not be able to refund any cancellations after 2/26/2026. 

If a partner or friend would like to join you for one or all of the meals, but is not participating in the rest of the meeting, they can choose the Meals Only ticket option to pay for meals without being charged the registration fee.

Registration

Base fee:
  • Regular registration includes anyone registering after the Early Bird deadline.
  • This discounted rate is available to members who register before January 5th.
  • This ticket option is available for those who wish to join their partner or friend(s) for one or more meal, but are unable or do not plan to participate in the rest of the Annual Meeting. Only meal fees will be charged.
  • This ticket level is reserved for our presenters and keynote speakers.
  • This ticket option is reserved for Students who are not employed in a professional capacity.


The 103rd Annual Meeting of the Eastern Bird Banding Association, March 20th to March 22nd in Ligonier, PA.

Three days of networking, learning, field trips, and spending time with fellow banders in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of PA.
