Meeting Location and Lodging – At the Winter Clove Inn, in the beautiful Catskills region of
NY. EBBA will have exclusive access to the property over the weekend, which includes 300
acres of private land bordering the Catskill State Wilderness Preserve. The Inn is one of the
oldest single family owned hotels in the United States and features 49 guest rooms, delicious
home cooked meals, and activities such as a bowling alley and indoor heated pool.
Program – We will have a full schedule of scientific talks, as well as workshops and field trips to
birding destinations, and our famous bucket raffle. Keynote speakers include Joe Siegrist,
President/CEO of the Purple Martin Conservation Association, and Chris Rimmer, Director
Emeritus of the Vermont Center for Ecostudies.
Call for Presentations – We invite abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations.
Abstracts should be limited to 250 words. The deadline for oral abstract submissions is January
22 2024. The deadline for poster abstract submissions is February 26 2024. All abstracts
should be emailed to Ariane Giudicelli (firstname.lastname@example.org).
